From Consulting to Platform
In 2007, we founded Techery, an enterprise consulting and engineering company. Today it operates as Revencrease. Same company, same team DNA, a name that finally says what we've been doing the whole time: increasing revenue.

2021
We Went Deep into AI
Revencrease became one of the top-tier enterprise AI consultancies, building AI strategies and production AI products for the same caliber of brands. Internal systems. Customer-facing products. The kind of AI work that changes a company's trajectory for the next decade.
2023
We Started Building the Answer
TreelOS: an AI-native operating system for enterprise, with Beacon, the AI-native back office, at its core. We piloted it with enterprises for 18 months before showing it to anyone.
2026
We Opened the Doors
We began public integrations, and Beacon and the rest of TreelOS are rolling out to our clients now.

Treel and Revencrease are built by a team of more than 200 engineers, architects, and operational managers across seven international offices. Our hiring bar is high, and we don't apologize for it. It's genuinely hard to get a job here.
That bar is why our people stay. Great engineers want to work with great engineers. Our churn is low, our teams have worked together for years, and the quality compounds. We take quality over quantity every time, and it shows in what we ship.

Our Commitment to Ukraine
Three of our offices are in Ukraine, and our roots there run deep. We run and support charity projects inside Ukraine focused on veterans and ex-military, alongside broader humanitarian work related to the war. We also employ veterans across our teams.
